2. Introduction:
Due to different numbers of rollers, the metal coil cold rolling mill is divided into 2 Hi, 4 Hi, 6 Hi, and 12 Hi AGC.
The 4-Hi cold rolling mill, one of metal coil cold rolling mill, is made from good quality raw material. A four-high cold rolling mill has four rolls, two small and two large. The two small rolls are work rolls in contact with metal coil, and the two large rolls are backup rolls which contact the back side of the small work rolls. At the same time, we are upgrading with the latest technological equipments when producing this cold rolling mill.
3. Features:
1. The 4-Hi cold rolling mill is a kind of portable type.
2. One stand and two frames are made from fabricated steel plates.
3. The number 2 Rolls on this cold rolling mill are made of chilled material.
4. It is equipped with heavy duty reduction gear.
5. The screw down system is manual.
6. We adopt one number C.I. casting flywheels.
Due to the different of many aspects, such as input coils, output coils, max roiling force and max rolling force, etc, the 4-Hi cold rolling mill is divided into 8 types:
