Polyester yarn dyed knitted fabric: the fabric has bright color, beautiful appearance, harmonious color matching, compact and thick texture, clear texture and strong sense of wool type, which is similar to the Tweed style of wool fabric

Warp knitted fabric is a category of knitted fabric. Its structure is formed by one or several groups of parallel yarns forming circles along the warp direction of the fabric at the same time and connecting with each other. Warp knitted fabric not only has the commonness and characteristics of knitted fabric, but also has its own characteristics, such as good transverse elasticity and extensibility, stable longitudinal size, soft texture, small separation and good air permeability

1. It is easy to dry after washing, and the wet strength hardly decreases and does not deform. It has good washability and wearability.

2. Polyester is the best heat-resistant fabric in synthetic fabrics. It has thermoplastic and can be made into pleated skirts with long pleating.

3. Polyester fabric has better light resistance. In addition to being worse than acrylic fiber, its light resistance is better than natural fiber fabric. Especially behind the glass, the sun resistance is very good, almost equal to that of acrylic fiber.

4. Polyester warp knitted fabric has high strength. The short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cn/dtex, and the high strength fiber is 5.6 ~ 8.0cn/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as its dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.

5. Polyester warp knitted fabric has good elasticity. When the elasticity is close to that of wool, it can be almost completely restored when the elongation is 5% ~ 6%. Crease resistance is superior to other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cn / dtex, which is 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of nylon.
