Warp knitted fabric is a category of knitted fabric. Warp knitted fabric not only has the commonness and characteristics of knitted fabric, but also has its own characteristics, such as good transverse elasticity and extensibility, stable longitudinal size, soft texture, small separation and good air permeability

1. Polyester warp knitted fabric has high strength. The short fiber strength is 2.6 ~ 5.7cn/dtex, and the high strength fiber is 5.6 ~ 8.0cn/dtex. Because of its low hygroscopicity, its wet strength is basically the same as its dry strength. The impact strength is 4 times higher than that of nylon and 20 times higher than that of viscose fiber.

2. Polyester warp knitted fabric has good elasticity. When the elasticity is close to that of wool, it can be almost completely restored when the elongation is 5% ~ 6%. Crease resistance is superior to other fibers, that is, the fabric does not wrinkle and has good dimensional stability. The elastic modulus is 22 ~ 141cn / dtex, which is 2 ~ 3 times higher than that of nylon.

3. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to acrylic fiber.

4. Corrosion resistance. Bleach, oxidant, hydrocarbon, ketone, petroleum product and inorganic acid resistant. Resistant to dilute alkali and mildew, but can be decomposed by hot alkali. There are also strong acid and alkaline resistance and UV resistance

5. Polyester fabric has good chemical resistance. Acid and alkali have little damage to it. At the same time, they are not afraid of mold and moth.
