Warp knitted fabric is a category of knitted fabric. Its structure is formed by one or several groups of parallel yarns forming circles along the warp direction of the fabric at the same time and connecting with each other. Warp knitted fabric not only has the commonness and characteristics of knitted fabric, but also has its own characteristics, such as good transverse elasticity and extensibility, stable longitudinal size, soft texture, small separation and good air permeability

1. Heat resistance of polyester warp knitted fabric polyester is made by melt spinning, and the dimension of the formed fiber is heated and melted again. It belongs to thermoplastic fiber. The melting point of polyester fiber is relatively high, but the specific thermal void and thermal conductivity are small, so the dimensional heat resistance and absolute heat resistance of polyester fiber are higher. It is the best of synthetic fibers.

2. Polyester has smooth surface and closely arranged internal molecules.

3. Good wear resistance. The wear resistance is second only to the best nylon, which is better than other natural fibers and synthetic fibers.

4. Good light resistance. Light resistance is second only to acrylic fiber.

5. Corrosion resistance. Bleach, oxidant, hydrocarbon, ketone, petroleum product and inorganic acid resistant. Resistant to dilute alkali and mildew, but can be decomposed by hot alkali. There are also strong acid and alkaline resistance and UV resistance

6. Those with poor dyeability but good color fastness and not easy to fade.

We offer free samples which is A4 size or less than 1 yard. Additional charge may apply on extra sample. You are encouraged to pay courier fee as a reward for more free samples.

Minimum Order Quantity is different, which depends on fabric types.

Usual MOQ is 3000m per color for woven fabric

4). How do you make sure the colors you have match the colors I want?

Every dyed fabric has a large section of colors you can choose from

We custom match all colors upon request to the specified fabric from your supplied color standards. A color standard can be Pantone Book Code or Lab Dips. We do our best to give you the closest color because quality means everything to us.
