Warp knitted fabric is a category of knitted fabric. Its structure is formed by one or several groups of parallel yarns forming circles along the warp direction of the fabric at the same time and connecting with each other. Warp knitted fabric not only has the commonness and characteristics of knitted fabric, but also has its own characteristics, such as good transverse elasticity and extensibility, stable longitudinal size, soft texture, small separation and good air permeability

1. Corrosion resistance. Bleach, oxidant, hydrocarbon, ketone, petroleum product and inorganic acid resistant. Resistant to dilute alkali and mildew, but can be decomposed by hot alkali. There are also strong acid and alkaline resistance and UV resistance

2. Those with poor dyeability but good color fastness and not easy to fade. Polyester molecular chain has no specific dyeing group and small polarity, so it is difficult to dye the color, poor dyeability and difficult for dye molecules to enter.

3. The fabric made of ordinary polyester filament has the advantages of good strength, smooth and crisp, easy washing and fast drying, but it has some disadvantages, such as hard hand feel, poor touch, soft luster, poor air permeability and moisture absorption. If compared with silk fabrics, the gap is too large, so we must first imitate silk in the silk thread structure in order to eliminate the disadvantage of poor wearing performance.

4. Polyester fabric has better light resistance. In addition to being worse than acrylic fiber, its light resistance is better than natural fiber fabric. Especially behind the glass, the sun resistance is very good, almost equal to that of acrylic fiber.

5. Polyester fabric has good chemical resistance. Acid and alkali have little damage to it. At the same time, they are not afraid of mold and moth.
