PP/PE Hollow Grid Sheet Extrusion Production Line Machine
is used to produce the PP Hollow Sheet and PE Hollow Sheet.
Raw Material:
1. Can be virgin material
2. Can be recycable material, like the PP/PE Film

This Extrusion Line Consists of:
1. Single Screw Extruder
2. Melt-pump+Hydraulic exchanging unit
3. Vacuum Calibarting Table
4. First Haul off Machine
5. Oven
6. Corona treating unit
7. Cooling table
8. Second Haul-off Machine
9. Trimming and length-settled cutting unit
10. Discharging table.

Characteristics of vacuum calibator:
1. High quality mould steel or high strength Al-Mg Alloy
2. Special harden treatment and non-sticky coating on the surface.
3. Indepently controlled vaccumize device and temperature controling system.
4. Consist of vacuum sealing edge device.

PART 5 DELIVERY, PAYMENT AND OTHERS SERVICES
1. delivery time: 90 days after receiving the deposit
2. payment terms:30% for the prepayment by T/T and 70% for the downpayment by T/T before delivery or irrevocable L/C at sight can be available, too.
3. Guaranteed time: 18 months for the machenical parts and 12 months for the electrical parts.
4. Service: we will send engineers to customers' factory to help them install, test the machine.

Processing material: PET virgin pellets(APET or PETG) plus flakes; Or 100% flakes

Net sheet width: 650mm-720mm-1000mm-1300mm-1500mm(or as per customer's requirement)
Layer structure: Single layer or multi-layer
Capacity: 200kg/h-1000kg/h
Application: Thermoforming(cup, bowel, etc. ), stationery, printing sheet, packaging, etc.

3. ABS/HIPS sheet extrusion machine:
Processong material: ABS/HIPS virgin pellets plus recycle material
Thickness range: 1-6mm
Net Sheet width: 1200mm-1600mm-2100mm(or as per customer's requirement)
Layer Structure: Single layer or multi-layer
Capacity: 300-800kg/h
Application: Vacuum forming, thermoforming, refrigerator inner layer, suitcase, etc.

4. ABS/PMMA sheet extrusion machine:
Processing material: ABS/PMMA virgin pellets plus recycle material
Thickness range: 1-8mm
Net sheet width: 1200mm-1600mm-2100mm(or as per customer's requirement)
Layer structure: Single layer or multi-layer
Capacity:300-800kg/h
Application: Vacuum forming, bathtube, etc.

5. PE sheet extrusion machine:
Processing material: HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE virgin pellets plus recycle material
Thickness range: 1-2.5mm, 3-35mm
