Bloom Welding provide holders and cutters for most common tip dressers and for the majority of pneumatic tip dressers.We design and offer standard maual tip dresser cutter blades,automatic tip dresser cutter.And also provide customized cutter according to your drawings.Our cutter blade can be used to cut φ8mm to φ25mm electrode tips.The cutter blades are suitable for many brand tip dressers.Such as Meiku,Kyokutoh,OEM and so on.
Bloom's cutter blades are made of High Speed Steel,which maintains a sharp edge for fast and reliable tip dressing.
Small sized and easy to handle, the pneumatic tip dresser is designed for easy interchange of cuter blades and collets to tip dress 13mm and 16mm diameter electrodes. ETD-25F are supplied to order to dress 19mm and 20mm diameter electrodes.
