Product Description

A twin screw barrel for recycled plastic is a component of a twin screw extruder machine used in the process of plastic recycling. The twin screw barrel consists of two parallel screws that rotate and move the plastic material forward through the extruder. As the plastic passes through the screw barrel, it is heated and melted, and then shaped into pellets or granules that can be reused in new plastic products. The design of the twin screw barrel is important for ensuring efficient and consistent processing of the recycled plastic material, and may include features such as specialized coatings, variable pitch screws, and cooling systems to optimize performance.
