Glyceryl Monostearate is a food emulsifier and additive. White waxy flakes or solid beads, insoluble in water, can be dispersed in water after being mixed with hot water and shaken vigorously. The HI20 model, with approx 20 iodine value, can improve the structure of breads.
1. Food field: cake oil, butter, coffee mate, cold food, liquid solid drink, dairy product, toffee, caramel, fruit candy, chocolate, bread, biscuit, peanut/walnut/bean/sesame/coconut sauce (milk), Sausages, ham, rice noodles, noodles, starch, spicy foods, etc.
2. Cosmetics: Emollients, creams, hair creams, shampoos, etc., as emulsifiers and thickeners.
3. Plastics additives: pearl cotton packaging, food packaging film, fruit net cover, PVC stabilizer, sanitary materials.
This product is a Water-soluble Emulsification Agent that can be used in various applications such as ice cream, cake, and cosmetics. It has a flash point greater than 100°C and a neutral smell without any unpleasant odors. Each box contains 10kg of product with an iodine value ranging from 18-26.
