Frame structure:
Galvanized steel tube, with white color powder coating, anti rusty. Wind load 100km/h hurricane, structure can be reinforced according client's local weather condition.
Preparation: Select a suitable location for the tent that is level and free from obstacles. Ensure you have all the necessary tools and equipment for assembly.
Laying out the components: Lay out all the tent components including the frame, fabric, stakes, and guy ropes in the vicinity of the setup area.
Assembling the frame: Start by assembling the frame according to the manufacturer's instructions. Typically, this involves connecting the various poles and segments to form the framework of the tent.
Raising the frame: With the frame assembled, lift it into an upright position. Depending on the size and type of tent, you may need assistance from several people to do this safely.
Attaching the fabric: Once the frame is standing, attach the fabric or covering to the frame. This may involve sliding the fabric over the frame or fastening it using hooks, Velcro, or other attachment methods.
Securing the tent: Use stakes or weights to secure the tent to the ground. Be sure to tension the fabric appropriately to prevent flapping in the wind.
Adding accessories: If required, add any accessories such as sidewalls, doors, windows, or interior fittings according to your needs.
Final checks: Perform a final inspection to ensure everything is secure and properly assembled. Check for any loose connections or areas of concern.
Dismantling: When the event is over, carefully dismantle the tent in the reverse order of assembly. Store the components safely for future use.

Q: What size of tent is suitable for your special event?
1, For the standing, or theater seating, one person takes about 1sq meter space.
2, For the banquet seating with 1.8m round table: one person
takes about 1.3sq meter space.
Remark: Please let us know your ground measurement, or the number of person will be in your tent. Then will help you calculate out
the suitable tent size solution.
