PRODUCT INTRODUCTION OF OUR LIFT AIRBAGS
Marine airbag also known as rubber airbag, ship launching airbag, ship salvage airbag, inflatable airbag, ship lifting bag, air balloon, made by rubber & multi layer of rubber-dipped tyre fabric.
Rubber airbags are widely used in launching and landing ship/ boat/vessel, lifting and moving heavy goods, salvaging stranded boats. Marine airbags are very popular with shipyard, ship owner, and marine supplies company now.
Material and accessories of inflatable rubber boat airbags
An inflatable rubber boat airbag is to be constructed of an outer rubber layer, one or more synthetic-tyre-cord layers, and an inner rubber layer. The arrangement of synthetic-tyre-cord reinforcement layers is shown in the picture below, all materials shall be vulcanized firmly.
Usually the diameter and number of skeleton layers of the airbag are provided by the customer.
Besides, we can also recommend appropriate size according to the information provided by customers, such as ship tonnage and ship working height, etc..
