Plastic Pile Cap Heavy Duty PE Material General Raw Material
Pile Caps are an essential part of a marina's equipment. Our Pile Caps dresses up the dock facility, protect the vulnerable top of the piling from water penetration, and discourage birds from perching or nesting on the piling. Kaishin manufactures a wide range of rotationally moulded pile cap product including heavy duty polypropylene, fiberglass and 316 stainless steel pile caps. Normal specifications are D325, D410, D500 and D600, color in black and white, others are made to order. Durable and long-lasting, they can be secured to wood, concrete, or steel piling
1. Tensile Strength Test is necessary for each batch. Detailed test report and pictures can be provided after order placed.
2. Surface tolerance, zinc finish, painting finish also be tested according to customers' different requirements.
3. Products' weight is under a reasonable tolerance.
4. Each parts' dimension is always according to the technical drawing and international tolerance standard.
5. Harness testinng also can be provided if you prefer.
6. Salt spray testing is for customers with the most strict quality control requirement, pls pay attention, this testing needs extra testing charges.
7. Chemical anyalisis is rare very much from customers' requirements, can be provided, also needs extra testing charges.
