3. When using hydraulic winches, pay attention to check whether the bolts, shaft pins, and other connecting parts fall off. It is very important to pay attention to the rolling bearing bolts. If they fall off, they should be tightened immediately.

Do a good job of cleaning the mechanical and electrical parts of the hoist. 2. Always keep the transmission part lubricated. The bearings and gears are filled and greased with butter (calcium-based grease) respectively. The reducer is generally filled with 30# engine oil. Serious oil leakage of the reducer must be dealt with in time to ensure that the lubricating oil always maintains the specified oil level. 3. Check whether the brake is normal every shift. Adjust the gap between the brake shoe and the brake wheel in time to keep the brake in good working condition. 4. Check the wire rope frequently. When the broken wire within a lay length is greater than or equal to 10%, or there is serious corrosion, twisting, knotting, flattening and other physical deformation, the wire rope should be replaced in time. Apply wire rope oil in time according to the surface condition of the wire rope. 5. If the hoist is re-used after being idle for a long time, or after the hoist has been working for about 600 hours, the whole machine must be cleaned thoroughly. At the same time, it is necessary to determine the insulation resistance value of the hydraulic press, and check the core if necessary. Open the top cover of the transmission, check and inject new lubricating oil. Replace parts in time for easily worn parts such as brake shoes.
