Why do diesel engines need to be filtered?
Although the quality of heavy oil and the effect of pretreatment have improved in recent years, the fuel filtration of diesel engines is still of great significance. This issue is equally important for both land diesel engines and marine diesel engines. Because the oil quality of diesel remains unchanged, and the diesel engine is designed to burn inferior fuel, the fuel used ranges from diesel to heavy oil with a viscosity of 700 cSt (centimeters) at 50°C. In fuel pretreatment, the filter is a device that undertakes complete flow pretreatment.
Diesel will be mixed with impurities, particles, and moisture during transportation. Factors such as the process of refining diesel and the production process, raw materials, equipment, and other factors in the refinery will also cause the diesel to contain sludge such as colloidal, asphalt, sulfur, phosphorus, and other suspended particles.
Unclean diesel will cause abnormal wear of the engine's fuel injection system and cylinders, reduce engine power, rapidly increase fuel consumption, and greatly reduce the service life of the generator. The use of the JUVI diesel filter can greatly improve the filtering accuracy and efficiency of the engine using the felt-type diesel filter, and extend the life of the imported diesel filter several times, and the fuel-saving effect is obvious.

Installation:
The installation is extremely simple, just connect it to the oil supply pipeline in series according to the reserved oil inlet and outlet ports. Pay attention to the connection in the direction shown by the arrow, and the direction of oil inlet and outlet cannot be reversed. When using and replacing the filter element for the first time, pay attention to exhaust, and the exhaust valve is on the end cover of the barrel.
