Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is the heart of the operation of the equipment. The system must be kept clean. It is recommended to replace the filter element regularly.
Repair and maintenance of hydraulic station:
1. Frequently monitor the failure status of the hydraulic system, especially the working pressure and the operating speed of the actuator.
2. Before starting the hydraulic system, check whether the solenoid valve and all movement prices are in the original state and whether the oil level in the fuel tank is normal.
3. The operator is not allowed to damage the interlocking device of the electrical system and is not allowed to push the electric control valve by hand.
4. When the hydraulic system fails, it should be reported to the maintenance department or system manufacturer immediately to analyze the cause of the failure and eliminate it as soon as possible.
5. Hydraulic equipment should always be kept clean to prevent various pollutants from entering the tank.
6. In the normal cycle, generally replaced once every two years or when the machine is shut down for major repairs, all seals must be replaced with new ones. The hydraulic cylinder is cleaned every other year, and the oil tank is generally cleaned once every six months. The oil circuit board, hoses, and detachable pipes should be removed and cleaned. The cleaning cycle should be based on the working environment and pollution of the hydraulic equipment. The filter element of the oil filter must be replaced frequently
According to the installation position in the hydraulic system, hydraulic oil filters are divided into suction line oil filters, pressure line oil filters, and return line oil filters.
Hydraulic oil filter for the suction line of the hydraulic cylinder: The suction line (the fuel tank-the tank inlet) or the installation of the suction filter directly in the fuel tank are necessary measures to protect the hydraulic pump. Its accuracy is generally 100 to 180 μm, depending on The self-priming capacity of the pump determines different capacities to prevent the hydraulic pump from cavitation due to excessive flow resistance.
Hydraulic oil filter for the oil return line of the hydraulic cylinder: By setting the oil return filter, it can intercept all kinds of dirt generated by various components during the working process, and avoid returning to the fuel tank and being sucked away by the hydraulic pump again.
