Note:
1. Benzine of another medium at temperatures 70°C ~170°C, must choose the seal ring of the FPM medium.
2. Viton NBR isn't used for the medium of LPG.
Maintenance measures for butterfly valve device:
1. Clean the valve cavity and sealing surface in advance when installing this valve, and no dirt is allowed to adhere to affect the sealing performance.
2. Regularly clean the sealing surface and screw rod and add lubricating oil during use.
3. Pneumatic devices, rear handles, and screw rods are not allowed to be used for lifting.
4. When cleaning the valve cavity, it is necessary to clean (clean) the impurities in the pipeline to be installed to prevent the dirt and impurities from scratching the sealing surface and affecting the sealing performance.
5. The valve should be controlled by a control box or manual device during use, and no other auxiliary tools should be used.
6. When the valve is not used temporarily, it should be stored in a dry room, the diameter of the two ends is blocked, and the device is not allowed to be stacked arbitrarily to avoid damage to the relevant parts of the butterfly valve device.
Type of butterfly value:
1. Wafer butterfly valve
The butterfly plate of the wafer butterfly valve is installed in the diameter direction of the pipeline. The valve is fully open.
The wafer butterfly valve has simple structure, small size and light weight. The butterfly valve has two sealing types: elastic seal and metal seal. Elastic sealing valve, the sealing ring can be embedded in the valve body or attached to the periphery of the butterfly plate.
2. Flange butterfly valve
The flanged butterfly valve is a vertical plate structure, and the valve stem is the sealing ring of an integral metal hard seal valve
It is a composite structure of flexible graphite plate and stainless steel plate, which is installed on the valve body, and the sealing surface of the butterfly plate is welded with stainless steel. The sealing ring of the soft seal valve is made of nitrile rubber and is installed on the butterfly plate.
