Classification of Rubber Fender
Generally, rubber fenders can be divided into two categories according to the structure: solid rubber fenders (non-floating type) and floating rubber fenders.
The solid rubber fender (non-floating type) is an anti-collision equipment for dock ships with an earlier application history and a wide range of applications. Foam-filled fenders are also called solid polyurethane fenders. The cushioning medium inside is mainly closed-cell foam materials, such as foamed EVA, foamed polyurethane, and foamed rubber.
