Inspection method of application winch:
1. The reducer of the hydraulic winch should be maintained on a regular basis to see whether the transmission gear is engaged, whether there is movement, whether the damage of the tooth is serious, or there are cracks and other conditions.
2. The key check is to check whether the galvanized steel wire rope is coiled neatly on the drum, whether the coupling is deformed, whether the rope head is strong, if the posture of the component fails, it must be adjusted immediately.
3. When using hydraulic winches, pay attention to check whether the bolts, shaft pins, and other connecting parts fall off. It is very important to pay attention to the rolling bearing bolts. If they fall off, they should be tightened immediately.
