Docking and Launching Marine Airbag construction
Luhangmarine ship launching airbags have a designed structure consisting of five different functional rubber membranes. They are made by patented whole enlacing technology that eliminates joints between cylindrical bodies and hemispherical heads.
Outer and Inner Rubber Layer: The outer rubber layer covers the outside of the marine airbag to protect the underlying layers from abrasion and external forces. It has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.
Reinforcement Layer: The reinforcement cord layer, made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, is arranged at an ideal angle to hold internal pressure and evenly distribute stress, providing strong and efficient reinforcement.
End Fittings: End fittings include an air tightness swivel and a safety air inlet. Roller rubber airbags typically have a cylindrical body and two conical heads, one at each end.
