Luhang foam filled fender uses high performance EVA foam as bumping media.
EVA foam is featured with weather fastness. Outside coating by polyurea which anti-seeping and anti-aging. The material improves the fender’s using life and economic value.
It's used for the protection of Ships and Quay walls during ship berthing. They are not fixed, these Fenders will guarantee a safe operation between the Vessel and Dock or during a ship to ship berthing, even in the harshest of conditions .
It features as below:
Core material is closed cell&dewatering foam. Fender is light and has good energy absorption. It will not absorb water even if it breaks.
SPUA coating is resistant to impact, friction, pressure, oil, water and temperature.
