Synthetic Tyre Cord Rubber Layers Marine Landing Ship Launching Airbags
The airbag is featured with energy conservation and environment protection, reasonable structure and durability. The airbag body is round and smooth and the heads are safe and reliable. Our airbags have been widely used domestically and overseas. The application of airbag has little specific site constraints and it does not large machinery or equipment, thus using airbags to launch or land ships can shorten project period and financially save a large amount.
Flexible balloon like an elastic cushion, it make the hull in the process of launching free pitch, keep the bottom has a larger contact area, makes the stress of the hull very ease, so that the hull structure, on the surface of the paint (coating) will not be damage. LuHang ship launching airbag is specially designed for launching technology development, the main function is carrying or pulling the ship launching uphill, has a very high load capacity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance to seawater.
Outer Rubber Layer
The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of marine airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.
Inner Rubber Layer
The inner rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.
Synthetic-Tire-Cord Layer as Reinforcement
The reinforcement cord layers, which are made of synthetic-tire-cord commonly used in tires, are arranged at ideal angles to hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement.
Performance of Airbags
The bearing capacity of marine airbags was calculated based on the working pressure, contact area. Herein, working pressure was got upon the burst pressure and safety working factor.Because of the flexibility of marine airbag the contact area will be affected by some terms which include the carried ship condition, the different position from gravity center during the process of ship launching and pulling. So the bearing capacity of airbags will vary as well as the contact area.
