DZ-1000 QF series automatic pneumatic continuous roll-over vacuum packaging machine adopts pneumatic components to drive conveyor tracks and vacuum chamber to achieve the purpose of continuous work. Compared with the form of electromechanical drive, the pneumatic component drive operation is more stable, the failure rate is extremely low, and maintenance is more convenient.
According to the different specifications of the packaging, one or two seals can be set in a vacuum chamber to improve the working efficiency of the packaging.
The use of OMRON programmable control system and touch screen makes the setting of packaging parameters more precise and the operation is simple and convenient.
The control box is set on the upper part of the machine and is controlled by a microcomputer. It is easy to operate and easy to maintain and replace wearing parts.
The control box and the upper and lower racks are made of stainless steel. The transmission part adopts antibacterial belt and single key release structure. It can clean the inside of the belt (operating table, etc.) and the back of the belt, which can ensure the safety and hygiene of the entire operation process.
The sealing length of the machine is up to 1000mm, and it can vacuum seal multiple packaging bags at the same time. The working efficiency is high, which can meet the requirements of mass production packaging.
