Our Worm Gear Winch can be mainly used for horizontal towing. Which suits especially for farm as a swich to control Cage door; Also can be widely applied on industrial and agricultural application. We offer cable wire, and only winch version and more than 50 types; Work load:range from 1500lbs to 3000lbs.
Worm gear boat winch. Comes with cable and hook. Never used. You may know.... but worm gear winches do not require brakes, and will not "spin" when the handle is released. This would be a great winch for a boat, and is easily mounted using 3 bolts. This winch has a 40 : 1 ratio, making it pretty easy to turn even under a heavy load. Maximum limit is one ton. I recommend keeping some grease on the bushings and on the worm gears. Easier turning, and extended life.
