The unit offers stable communication over up to 150 km (clear line-of-sight) with its 2dBi fiber glass antenna, making it ideal for high-performance UAVs, including VTOL and fixed-wing drones.At a distance of 150 km, the FDM-615PTM provides 8-12 Mbps data throughput, enabling full HD 1080P60 video streaming. This is crucial for real-time video applications like surveillance, remote monitoring, and mission control.
It operates across multiple frequency bands including UHF, L Band, and S Band (800MHz, 1.4GHz, and 2.4GHz). The FHSS mechanism automatically selects the optimal frequency, ensuring seamless performance even in congested RF environments.
