3.In order to improve material physical characteristics, we set a higher heating value gas furnace to control the annealing process strictly.
4. The Hi-tech Fluid Coupling Fusible Plug has outlets ranging from 1/8” through 6”.
5.Prefect toughness ,long time using life .
6.Smooth surface without trachoma.
7.The zinc average coating thicknessis higher than the requirements of standard for ASME(86 um), EN(70um), DIN(70um) and SI(78um).
8.Thread diameter, parallelism, angle, tooth type will be controlled strictly and tested each union with plug gauge.
9.Through airtight test, the quality of every socket can be ensured.
