Highlights:
1. Counter sunk hole tolerance control:
(1). in the process of grinding and cuting, controlled by high precise machines.
(2). after coated, we will check the magnet tolerance as per drawings based on AQL standard.
2. Non-magnetism protected package:
(step 1). sorting the defect product after magnetized
(step 2). check the total quantity as per client order
(step 3). Vaccum packing based on magnet size and inner box
(step 4). Inner box packing and put the shipping label on the inner box
(step 5). Foam protection packing, and then iron packaging to finish the Non-magnetism protection
(step 6). Exporting carton with table tie and then pallet, post magnet Grade, size, quantities or special requirements
