Commissioning before installing the magnetic level indicator with remote transmission
1. The resolution of Reed-11 dry reed transmitters is ±5mm and ±10mm. The user can select the type according to the actual needs of the measurement.
2. Before installation, debug the "0" bit of the remote transmitter and the "20mA" bit of the full-scale range. Put a piece of magnetic steel at the zero position of the sensor, make the lowermost reed switch close, adjust the "zero position" potentiometer, so that it outputs 4mA current. Then put the magnet in the upper limit position of the sensor, the uppermost reed pipe is closed, adjust the "range" potentiometer, so that it outputs 20mA current, and repeatedly debug several times until it is satisfied. After the debugging is completed, mark the place of "0" and the place of full scale.
