Centrifugal Electric Water Pump Products overview:

Model-D.DG pump is the single suction multistage centrifugal pump, which is suitable for pumping clean water without solid particles or other liquid whose physicochemical property is similar to that of clean water. Transmission medium is usually not more than the temperature of 105ºC (otherwise state if the temperature is over 105°). It is widely used for city, countryside, industry and boiler feed water.
 

DG Centrifugal Horizontal Multistage Water Pump Model meaning:

DG Pump Construction Description:

Model-D.DG pump is the segmental type pump, which suction nozzle is in the suction section. The inlet of Model-D pump is horizontal, the inlet of Model-DG pump is vertical. Outlet is in outlet section, vertical and up, lift increases and decreases pump stage by requirement. Whether pump installs well or not, have great effect on performance of pump, especially to each vane wheel outlet and guide vane inlet.

Main parts of Model D, DG pump are: inlet section, medium section, outlet section, guide vane, end stage guide vane, guide vane case, balance ring case, filling body, water cooling chamber cover(D type has not), seal ring, bearing body, bearing end cover, axle, vane, balance disk, axle sleeve, medium case, bearing cover etc.

Inlet section, medium section, guide vane, end stage guide vane, outlet section, filling body is made of cast iron, fixed with tightening bolt and form the operation room of pump, sealed with 0.2mm thickness paper between every section to prevent it from leaking. Vane wheel is made of cast copper or high quality cast iron, there is vane and liquid inside gets into along axial single side. Because of vane bearing pressure is no mean in front and back, exist axial force; bear by balance disk, vane wheel made corrected by still balance. The pump rotates in clockwise direction as viewed from the coupling side.

Axle is made of high quality carbon steel, vane wheel, axle sleeve, medium sleeve, bearing blend, key and nut fixed in axle, coupling parts fixed on the end of axle, joint with motor directly.

Seal ring is made of cast iron, to prevent high-pressure water from leaking to inlet, separately fixed over inlet section and medium section, is vulnerable parts replace after worn.

Guide vane case is made of cast iron, avoiding water back-flow between stages fixed on guide vane, which is vulnerable parts need to be replaced after worn. Balance ring case is made of cast copper or cast iron, fixed on outlet section, balance disk and it commonly make up balance device.

Balance disk is made of wear-resisting cast iron, installed on an axle between outlet section and filling body, balance axial force.

Sleeve is made of quality carbon steel, surface treated by high frequency quench, in filling chamber, as protecting pump axle is vulnerable parts, replace it after worn.

Bearing is short cylinder roller bearing, lubricating by3 lithium-based grease.

Filling parts is used for sealing, avoid air entering and amount of liquid leaking out. Tightness of filling must be proper.

Model-DG pump filling body has cool device, which is used to cool with cool water when medium temperature was much higher.
