Producing process of our pumps and spare parts, first to make the molds by different methods, such as lost foam and then casting, heat treatment,machine and assemble.Our pumps do both static balance and dynamic balance.

Features for High Head Horizontal Slurry Pump
1. Our pump wet parts are made of wear-resistant high chromium alloy.
2. Our Pump bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily. They can be removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
3. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal for all slurry pump.
4. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications at its working site.
5. There are the drive types, such as V belt drive, gear reducer drive, fluid coupling drive, and frequency conversion drive devices.
6. Wide performance, good NPSH and high efficiency. The slurry pump can be installed in multistage series to meet the delivery for long distance.

A: Customers could send us application data, we will select suitable pump and seal types, or client could send us drawings, We are well in OEM and ODM.
Q: How can I pay for my items? What is the payment you can provide?
A:Usually by T/T, 30% down payment once PI confirmed, the balance will be paid after inspection and before shipment. L/C at sight
Q: How long is warranty?
A: 1 year for main construction warranty.
Q: How long is production lead time?
A: Normally 15 working days. If client need urgently, we have a huge spare parts stock, we could finish assembly and testing in 7 days.
Q: What is the shipping terms you can provide?
A: Depends on customer's requirements, we can provide different transportantintion terms, such as EXW, FOB, CIF.
