3, independent speed and pressurized hydraulic accumulator, energy storage pressure is controlled by sensors, which can effectively save energy and ensure the quality of forming parts.
4, with injection curve display function.
5, non-contact injection displacement sensor, more stable data collection.
6, the accumulator automatic oil discharge control, to ensure the safety of use and maintenance.
7. Precise PID control of barrel and nozzle heater can meet the temperature requirements of magnesium alloy semi-solid melt.
8. Screw rotation adopts servo motor to accurately control the speed and number of revolutions to ensure the stability of magnesium alloy semi-solid slurry.
9, injection device position design 2 position, using hydraulic lifting mode, mold and process adaptability is wider.
10. Injection device adopts hydraulic rotating mode for more convenient repair and maintenance of screw and barrel.
