YZ series flatwork ironers are designed for medium and big size laundries which can bring higher working efficiency and better ironing effect.
Features:
1- The roll is made of stainless steel.
2- The transmission is adjusted through speed regulation; the working speed can be changed according to the heating temperature and the thickness of linen.
3- Adopt gear reducer to connect the pulley and chain wheels to accomplish stable and reliable work.
4- Seal: Sealed rotary joints prevent leakage, safety and reliability, save energy.
5- Protection devices: Three-phase electrical system, overload protection, voltage and short circuit protection, emergency stop switch, safety guard device on the front, etc.
6- With unique differential design and installation of ironing belts, it solves the ubiquitous problem of bad small linen ironing effect, and ironing wrinkle on both size of the roll.
7- The ironing belts adopt automatic tension technology which achieves the perfect ironing effect due to consistent tightness of belts.
8- Equipped with floating type steam trap, it has no request for the steam pressure difference, so it can drain smoothly.
