Tungsten Copper Electrical Contacts are the best material for electrical discharge machining (EDM). It has excellent wear resistance, good metal removal rate and the ability to retain good detail. It is used where speed and wear resistance are the most important. In addition, it also can be used to make electrode for spark processing, high temperature mold and other high heat and electrical conductive parts. And also WCu alloy can be applied as electrodes for electrical machining.
