Product description

Smok oven features

3. Process parameters such as temperature, humidity, time, etc., and can adjust parameters at any time during the re-production process. It can be operated in a single process, or any combination of nine or less single processes can be produced in a formula, and 100 sets of different formulations can be stored.
4. Slow or fast cycle program can be selected according to the process requirements to achieve the best cycle and smoke effect.
5. Adopting timing control and central thermometer control to control the smoke and steaming process, increase the optimization of energy-saving control procedures, and reduce energy consumption.
7. It can monitor the temperature of the smoke to prevent the temperature from being too high and safe.
8. Various types of temperature sensors are available for users to choose from.
