Description:
The HR-4000 type depanning machines were designed to depanerlize prescored panelboards carefully without bending or tension stress, even sensitive SMD components like ceramic capacitors will not be damaged by the depanning process. Due to the special design of the knives also boards with high components placed close to the edges can be depanerlized safely, Based on a proven method of depanning. wedge-shaped knives are used to cut the panets within the groove. this enables boards of less than 1mm thickness to be separated safely and without creating stress, the machine is pneumatically driven using standard parts, it is very quiet with none of the usual compressed air noises.
