Pipelaying with pneumatic pipe hammer is widely adopted in the non-excavation construction owing to its features of simple construction technique high accuracy, fast speed and low cost. In the pipelay of short distance straight pipeline, it is preferred choice. And is widely used for horizontal directional drilling engineering rescue.
Pneumatic Rammer, is a new equipment used for trenchless laying pipelines underground, suitable for the clay layer, sub-clay layer, sand gravel soil, miscellaneous formation to lay down pipeline which diameter less than 1200mm, and in the short distance.
The machine has the characteristic of high precision for pipe laying,larger diameter for the pipe to be laid, strong adaptability of formations, the equipment is simple, less investment, lower construction cost. Rammer is essentially a impactor with low frequency, large pneumatic hammer impact energy. It is a machine with the compressed air power to drive the cylinde in the hammer blow hammering block.
At the same time, it ram the steel pipe directly into the earth along the rail track While working, Rammer have a larger impact, the force directly acting on the ends of the pipe passing through the pipe to the other side of the pipe boots on, cut the soil, and when the cut earth enter into the pipe. After the pipe reach the target pit, remove the pipe boots, excavate the soil core, pipeline laying is completed.
Rammer is mainly used for trenchless steel pipe laying. Besides, it can be used for pipe roof project, gold prospecting, sinking pile, steel pipe pile and shaped steel sheet pile works.
The working principle of pneumatic spear is similar to the Rammer, the spear into the earth and forms a hole, pull the PE pipe or steel pipe through the hole, mainly used for crossing in the community
