 The waste organic solvent contains: ethanol, trichloroethylene, isopropyl alcohol, thinner,white oil, pyroacetic spirit, etc. The comprehensive utilization products mainly includes: cleaning agent, scaling powder, demoulding agent, etc.

Using the distillation principle, Solvent purification system separates the contaminants from the original solvent to allow its re-use.

Preset the machine recovery time, the machine switches to the default duration for an automatic shutdown with this feature, it can shorten the recovery time appropriately and ensure that the recovery is complete with recovery tank reserving small solution to make liquid-like residue for convenient cleaning. It’s effective to check burning and explosion.

8. Over heating protection function

Preset the maximum heating temperature, when the heat transfer oil temperature reaches a pre-set maximum temperature, high temperature protection red light shows, the heater stops heating. This feature ensures that the machine set at a set temperature range of safe operation, to effectively prevent the heating temperature is too high.

9. Over pressure protection

In the event of pipe blockage, the steam will not be discharged through the steam pipe, the tank pressure will rise, more than outside pressure by 0.38Bar, the pressure relief valve on the tank will automatically open, ensuring the safety of equipment and operations.

10.Power failure protection function.

 When there’s a sudden power outage during operation, the machine activates power failure protection system and automatically shuts down. When power is restored, the power indicator will light, but the machine won’t not run. For the machine to work, it is required to manually start the machine again.
