Black Engine Oil Recycle To Diesel Oil,Used Oil Recycler:
Series YH waste oil pyrolysis (oil distillation) equipment is special for treating the black waste oil, including waste engine oil, lube oil, hydraulic oil, gear oil, dirty diesel oil, mixed oils etc. The main working process of YH machine is high temperature heating distillation, making waste oil from liquid states to gas states. After pyrolysis, the waste oil is changed to clean diesel fuel. YH waste oil distillation equipment can effectively remove the wear debris, asphalt, wax quality, impurities, moisture, acid quality, organic acids and inorganic acids from oil, also it can get rid of the carbon particles, deep oxides and other fine impurities which disperse in oil. YH waste oil distillation machine is very suitable for the oil refinery company, also for the small oil company who want to make the oil by self.
Series YH waste oil distillation machine is energy-saving, environment friendly machine, during the process it just generates less waste (sludge), the waste (Sludge) doesn’t contains any oil, so it is no pollution for the environment (The waste/sludge also can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials); during the oil regenerating process, the oil-gas and low volatile are discharged after combustion of hydrocarbons and purification treatment, so, there is no odor and no environment pollution.
(Note: we also have another model—YH Waste Engine Oil Recycling Machine, it mainly used to change black waste oil to clean base oil.)
Feature:
1. YH waste oil distillation machine don’t need to add any chemical additive, the main regenerating way is under high temperature distillation (80°C to 580°C), making oil from liquid states to gas states. Different temperature will produce different density diesel fuel oil.
3. Heating device using the burner, the burning material is fuel, this fuel can be the final product(diesel fuel)from YH machine, or can be the waste engine oil self, YH machine don’t use electric heater, It will save much energy and cost.
4. during the regenerating process, don’t use any chemicals, all process is a distillation process.
5. YH waste oil distillation machine is friendly environment, it produces less sludge, the sludge is purity carbon materials and no any oil, it can be processed into a carbon toner for printing the raw materials.
