Our 60W LED Corn light is designed by us and has a specific radiate structure consisting of pure aluminium fins, giving it greater ventilation space and a high heat radiation rate. This not only ensures the lamp works at a premium temperature but also gives it a lightweight design, ideal for installation due to its low transportation costs.
The material used is ABS and aluminium, and two types of covers respectively of transparent and milky PC are available for customers to choose from. It is equipped with 512 pieces of high bright SMD2835 LED chips to reach an amazing brightness of 8580 lumens with a lighting efficiency of 143Lm/W, conserving energy. The power supply satisfies the requirements of CE standard and covers the wide range input voltage from 90 to 277VAC,suitable for worldwide usage.
The production process is managed strictly as every LED corn light is tested for over 12 hours with an automatic aging test line. We guarantee the quality of all lamps produced as they are well worked before being sent to customers. This particular corn light has a wide range of input voltage, from 90VAC to 277VAC, making it compatible with most countries’ city power voltage. Its strong structure design has been given a IK10 rating, making it perfect for a variety of lighting applications. Its lightweight design and aluminum fin radiator make it easier to install and transport, reducing cost. It has a range of lamp head options, including E26 and E27, so it can replace most traditional lamps with the same base. The lamp also has a very impressive lighting efficiency of 143Lm/W with 512 high brightness SMD2835 LED chips, giving it a total output of 8580Lm.
Made of ABS and PC materials, this lamp is fire and corrosion resistant and thus perfect for indoor lighting applications. It has an original design with global patent giving customers market protection and allowing exclusive agents. Furthermore, customers have a range of color options available, from 3000K to 6500K, with an 80Ra CRI and no dazzling lighting with the milky PC cover. It is CE and ROHS certified, with LM80 approved LED chips and a 4KV surge protection on the 60W corn light. Lastly, the heat dissipation is made possible only via the pure aluminum radiator, no extra fan required.
When lighting your home, you can consider choosing a CCT between 3000K and 2200K to give your indoor a warm, comfortable atmosphere.
For industrial lighting, hanging lamps at around 6-8 meters will create a large illumination area and keep your workplace well-lit.
Outdoor lighting could also be made use of if you install a diffuser at the head of the lamps. Also, it can be protected against environmental elements with IP54 rating.
