This LED spot light for sports field outdoor is our original designed product, its radiation is special structure of pure aluminum fin radiator. With it, the heat dissipation area will be larger and heat radiation will be better. In addition, compared to other dia-casting spot light, its lamp weight would be much smaller, making it ideal for high pole installation.
The surface of the LED spot light is covered with powder coating, making it anti-UV and anti-corrosion, thus suitable for outdoor lighting applications. The lamp also has an IP67 waterproof performance, thus working well in most bad weathers. Supported with a 5mm thick installation bracket, it is strong enough for high pole installation. Each module of the lamp is adjustable in order to obtain better lighting uniformity.
The lighting source for this product is using high bright SMD5050 or SMD3030 LED chips, having a lighting efficiency of over 156Lm/W. The LED chips are LM80 approved. With Mean Well as the power supply, it is world famous for its high stability and high PF, and has no need for maintenance during its 50,000 hours life span. This lighting solution is manufactured with the latest high bright SMD5050 or SMD3030 led chips from Tiandian factory. It not only ensures a high lighting efficiency but also a long lifespan due to the fact that it is powered by Meanwell power supply for high stability and high PF. With a special radiator structure made of pure aluminum fin radiator, this provides a bigger heat dissipation area which also reduces the overall lamp weight of the fixture.
Not only is the surface treatment of powder coating configured to increase its anti-UV and anti-corrosion characteristics, but the whole lamp is also IP67 waterproof. This proves to be highly beneficial, as it ensures a full performance regardless of the environment or bad weather outside. The PC lens is available in different beam angle options depending on the customers' project requirement. We also offer Dialux lighting simulation for lighting analysis purposes.
