Product Feature
This CNC vertical machining center uses Taiwan Hiwin precision ground rolling screws, which have high efficiency and reversibility, zero backlash and high rigidity, high precision and predictable service life, low starting torque and smooth operation. Linear guides: Linear guides have zero clearance, arc cutting, inclined cutting, rolling instead of sliding, small frictional loss, high sensitivity and high positioning accuracy. The wear of the linear guide is very small and the service life is long. Tool magazine: The tool magazine uses a Taiwan tool magazine, and the slide of the tool head uses a linear bearing, with small friction and long service life. The spring clamping nose clamps the tool, making it easy to clamp and simple to maintain. Robot tool magazine: The tool magazine uses a Taiwan tool magazine, and the tool change mechanism has been tested for millions of operations, meeting reliability requirements. The rapid tool change mechanism saves non-cutting time and improves production efficiency. The cam-driven tool magazine can ensure high-precision operation, even with heavy tools running smoothly. There are 24 tools in the tool magazine. Water vapor separator: The structure is light and compact, and it is convenient to install and use. It uses a press-in self-locking mechanism to prevent external interference from causing the set pressure to change. The pressure loss is small and the water vapor separation efficiency is high.
