Performance Characteristics
1. The LGW937 3 ton wheel loader is designed with ultra long wheel base, the frame with hinged connection in the middle and box-type structure, enabling strong bearing capacity of frame and good working stability of the whole product.
2. The single rocker arm Z-form reversal mechanism working device has large breakout force due to the optimization design with the help of the computer.
3. The centring arrangement for the hinge points allows for small turning radius and overlapped front and rear wheel tracks during the turning, which can effectively prolong the working lifetime of the tyres.
4. The working device of the 3 ton wheel loader can achieve automatic movement to the flat state. The action cycling time is short and working efficiency is high.
5. The integral quenched cutting plate strengthened bucket has higher strength and durability. Its serving lifetime can be enhanced exponentially.
6. The hydraulic system of the product takes usage of single pump flow division technology. It is fuel efficient with good dynamic property.
7. The adoption of the full hydraulic coaxial flow amplifying steering system facilitates handy and flexible steering as well as reliable operation.
8. Configured with the high-level free maintenance accumulator of Johnson Controls, the 3 ton wheel loader works reliably and stably.
