The difference between an oil-free air compressor and an oil-filled air compressor:

1. Different materials: The oil-free air compressor itself does not contain oily substances, which avoids the pollution of the terminal equipment by the oil machine. The material of the oil-air compressor itself contains oily substances, which will pollute the terminal equipment.

2. Different service life: The oil-free air compressor uses a heat-resistant piston, so that the bearing grease will no longer be lost due to high-temperature conduction and radiation, which greatly prolongs the service life of the oil-free air compressor. The oil-air compressor has no heat-resistant piston, and the sealing grease is easy to lose, resulting in dry wear damage to the bearing, and the life of the oil-air compressor is short.

3. The working principle is different: Oil-free air compressors do not involve oil in the operation process. Whether it is an oil-free piston machine or an oil-free screw machine, a large amount of high temperature will be generated during operation.
