Advantages of permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor:

1. Reduce impact, reliable operation

The permanent magnet frequency conversion air compressor starts smoothly and avoids the current peak value. After the start-up operation reaches the rated pressure, the frequency conversion operation is carried out, and the gas production is tracked by steplessly variable speed through pressure detection. The power consumption also avoids the impact of star-delta starting on the power grid and air compressor.

2. Constant voltage and power saving

When the ordinary air compressor is running, the pressure has been fluctuating within the range of 0.7 bar above and below the rated pressure. Compared with the frequency conversion air compressor, the pressure can be stabilized within the range of 0.1 bar above and below the rated pressure. During normal operation, 8.4% power consumption can be saved (7% more power consumption per 1 bar increase in operating pressure). Especially in the unloading operation, the frequency conversion air compressor saves up to 45% of the power consumption compared with the ordinary air compressor. At the same time, the quality of air supply is improved, and the reliability and life of air compressors and air equipment are improved.

3. The voltage adaptability of the AC power supply is strong

Due to the overmodulation technology adopted by the frequency converter, it can still output enough torque to drive the motor when the AC power supply is slightly low; when the voltage is slightly high, it will not cause the voltage of the output motor to be too high.

Most of the working conditions of the frequency conversion system work at lower than the rated speed, the mechanical noise and wear of the main engine are reduced, and the maintenance and service life are extended;
