Performance Testing
RUI - HE Silicone has an extensive quality control system that tests the quality of raw materials first. The material cannot be used unless they are tested and meet our quality control standards. If it does not pass our incoming quality control testing, the material is refused and trucked back to the manufacturer.
Second, during the producing process, our quality control group will test the new batch of compound silicone rubber by taking some samples (twice from solid silicone rubber or three times from liquid silicone rubber) from different steps in the process. After passing the test, this batch can be sealed to pack and deliver to the customers.

Because of the outstanding properties RH6250-40YH Lquid silicone rubber is particularly suitable for the following elastomeric articles: medical sacculus, negative pressure ball, catheter connector, sealing elements, diaphragms, ear plugs, bellows, baby teats, respiratory devices, air vent flaps, tube connectors, catheters, parts for medical technical equipment, etc.
