Description
Rui - He® RH6011HT HTV silicone rubbers have a whole host of applications. High-temperature solid silicone rubber is mainly used for automotive industry, electrical and electronics applications, mechanical seals and other high-temperature products. This includes a wide range of service temperatures (-50 to + 250°C, or even -90°C to + 350°C for special formulations), no known physical or physiological harmful effects, and excellent aging resistance.
HCR silicone characteristics
The exceptional qualities of heat-cured rubber elastomers make them much superior to traditional organic elastomers. They can be utilized in a wide range of temperatures, from -50 °C to +300 °C, and they have outstanding mechanical strength at high temperatures. These elastomers' capacity to resist aging draws attention to their fundamental characteristics, including their chemical inertness, photo-oxidative stability, and the absence of reactive groups after curing. There are numerous colour options. It is even possible to create transparent items for use in food and paramedical applications by adding a tiny enough silica filler. In order to produce solutions for all types of present and future applications in the fields of aerospace, automotive, healthcare, oil & gas, and other industries, various additives can be added to HCRs in an infinite number of ways.
