Medical Grade Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) that has been properly designed and produced for use in healthcare and medical applications is known as "medical grade" silicone rubber. It is a two-part platinum-cured elastomer with exceptional physical qualities, including resistance to bacteria, heat, chemicals, and ultraviolet (UV) radiation. It is also biocompatible and sterilisable.

It is a perfect material for various applications thanks to its biocompatibility and flexibility because it is non-toxic, non-allergenic, and can tolerate repeated sterilizing cycles without losing its qualities.

This silicone rubber is packaged in A:B composition at 20 kg/barrel or 200 kg/barrel.
The storage conditions are unmixed two-component sealed and stored at room temperature.
It is important to note that this product should not be exposed to compounds containing N, P, and S, so as not to poison the platinum catalyst and affect the effect.

A/B is evenly mixed

Precautions:
-Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight, use it within 12months from the day of manufacture.
-Contacting compounds containing N. P, S. Sn, and Pb during storage and use may cause poisoning of the platinum catalyst and affect vulcanization.

--After mixing liquid silicone with curing agent, please put the material into vacuum machine to take off the bubbles.
5. How to get good silicone mould to use longer time?
--The best way is:
1, Please choose the right liquid silicone according to your products.
2, Don't use any silicone oil in mold making, because it can make the silicone mould become too soft to use.
3, Silicone mould can be used longer after the whole silicone mould fully cured, so it's better to wait 2 hours after mould finished.
6. Why silicone rubber add curing agent after mixing a lot of bubbles?
--This is normal physical phenomena. The liquid will produce a large number of bubbles in the mixing time, so, it must pass through the vacuum exhaust bubble treatment.
