RH5011F is DBPH cured silicone rubber for silicone products.
The silicone rubber is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for compression moulding processes.
The pot-life of the mixture of the two components (closed vesssel) at 20℃ is 5 days. Increased temperatures reduce the pot-life.
This series of silicone rubber meets halogen, ROHS, REACH and US FDA standards, has excellent processability, and is suitable for compression production.
Silicone rubber compounds are high temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber (HTV). HTV silicone rubbers are composed of unique raw silicone rubber gum and high purity silica. They offer a number of advantages not found in other organic rubbers. Silicone rubbers have superior heat and cold resistance, electrical properties and good chemical stability.
