2. Cold runner and nozzle
The core components of cold runner, cold nozzle structure and machining accuracy are the key to realize no nozzle and reduce nozzle glue consumption, which determines the technical content of cold runner mold. The function of the cold nozzle is to allow the silica gel entering the mold mold to be vulcanized normally, and the liquid silica gel not entering the mold kernel is kept at a low temperature, so as to ensure the continuous production of the mold without water intake.
