The terminal trailer is designed and manufactured for transporting lx20’,2x20’,l x40’and lx45’ISO containers within container terminal.

Product Description
Material:
High tensile low alloy steel with 550 MPa yield strength is used for fabricating H-beam and 350 MPa steel material for other fabricated parts.

Frame:
Main Beams: 590 mm x 150 mm . Fabricated H-beam with 16mm x 150 mm. top and bottom flanges, 8mm web.
Cross Members: 8mm thick x 751mn wide x 400mm height fonned channel.
Side guide:
Four side guide block of 900 mm. (L) x 270 mm.(H) of box structure box structure slope inside surfa ce guiding container when loading. There are 50 mm. x 6 mm. rubbing plate on the side guides. Each pair of side guide are supporte d by bolster of a 200mm. x 200 mm. x 10mm. square tube and a 200 mm. x 73mm. channel.
Rear guide:
On the rear bolster there are two I40mm.(W) x 110 mm. (H) box type container guide/stopper on top of the
rear bolster. This guide/stopper will not affect opening of container door on the trailer.
Stopper:6 gravity stoppers of 100 mm above the top surface of main beam
Rear bumper: 100mm x 100mm square tube bumper with Heavy-duty vertical steel channel supports.
Ladder: One ladder at each side at center of the trailer position between two 20’containers .
Safety side guard rail: 100mm x 50mm rectangular tube, fixed type.
Landing leg:
Fixed landing leg with sand shoe.
Landing leg size: :200x200x10 square tube.
King pin & Plate:
10mm thick plate with 8mm thick fabricated“C” channel type king pin support, 2”(50.8mm)diameter bolt on king pin.
