9T/H High gas ration drink mixer
Main features:
1. The drink mixer is mainly suitable for mixing process of all kinds of carbonated drink with high gas ration.
It make the water, sugar, gas mixed together for high quality gas drink.
2. This drink mixer is made with the newest technology. It is in the leading position comparing with similar production in China.
3. It is also used in mixing slurry drink,fermented drink and other drinks.
4. This drink mixer is 9T/H with high gas containing, 4 times gas mixing, with 5 mixing tank, degassing function, with heat exchagner, independent electronic control box, with high pressure mixing pump.
5.Automatic with alarm:The pressure in all tank and the liquid level if the machine are all controlled automatically with PLC.
6. Once a error occures,the alarm lamp will light and the alarm ring will sound and the mixer stop automatically.
7.Easy operation and regulation:The operation of mixer is especially convenient Only turn around the buttons according to the pre -set program,the normal operation can be carried out.The production capacity,water- sugar proportion and gas content can be adjusted without exchanging any parts.
8.Even mixing and accurate proportion:One time mixing process is adopted,so the mixture is even.The mixing proportion of water and sugar is strictly controlled with measuring needle valve with fine regulation,Its precisioncan reach about 0.05%.
